Villa Aniri suits a team, a board or a circle of founders who want a few days to work together without a meeting room: a long table under the Joglo roof beside the pool, a lawn for walking meetings, four bedrooms for eight, and a kitchen and private chef so the group never has to leave to eat. The whole property is yours, and nobody else is on it.

Space to work together

The open pavilion beside the pool is the main room: a high timber roof with ceiling fans, a tiled floor, a glass-topped dining table with carved teak chairs, and a lounge with a daybed, two benches and a low table, all open to the garden. The table seats eight, which is the size of the house; nothing about the room feels like a conference room. The lawn and the thatched bale give you somewhere to split into pairs or walk and talk, and each air-conditioned bedroom is a door that closes for a call.

There are no screens, projectors or whiteboards promised here; bring what your session needs, and ask us about anything you want to know first.

Eight, sixteen or twenty-four

Four bedrooms sleep eight, which is the right size for a leadership team or a founders’ circle. When the adjoining villas are free, the group can take sixteen or twenty-four across connected houses; see groups of 8, 16 or 24. For a larger gathering than that, a conference hotel is the better choice.

Food without leaving

A full kitchen, and a private chef who plans the menu with you a day ahead, so lunch is an hour at the long table and not a forty-minute trip. Tell us about dietary needs when you ask. Restaurants on Jalan Kayu Aya are seven minutes on foot for the evening off.

Connectivity, honestly

Wi-Fi is installed in the house. We have not yet published a measured speed, and a group on video calls needs one: ask before you book and we will send a current test. Until a figure is published here, plan around that rather than assume.

Quiet, and its limits

The garden is walled and the lane is residential. Music ends at 10 pm, so a working group can be loud in the evening within that limit. Seminyak is not a hillside retreat: it is central, with the airport 30–45 minutes away by car, which suits a group arriving on different flights.

Is Villa Aniri a conference venue?

No. It is a private villa let to one group. It gives a team a long table, a garden and its own kitchen; it does not provide meeting rooms, projectors or event staff.

How many people can work together here?

Eight sleep in the villa. Sixteen or twenty-four are possible with the adjoining villas when they are free for your dates.

Is the Wi-Fi good enough for a group on calls?

Wi-Fi is installed. A measured speed is not yet published, so ask when you request dates and we will send a current test before you book.

Can the group eat at the villa?

Yes. There is a full kitchen and a private chef who plans the menu with you a day ahead.

Can we run sessions outdoors?
