Booking

How booking and payment work

There are two ways to book on villaniri.com: pay in full online, in rupiah, on our checkout page; or send your dates with no card needed and we confirm by email. Either way, reservations, payments and the guest app are handled by The Bali Agent. This guide walks through each step so nothing is a surprise.

Step one: check the dates

The rates page shows live availability and the nightly rate before you ask for anything. The minimum stay is two nights, or three for a stay that includes New Year’s Eve; the page checks your dates against it before you write.

Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah. The “from” rate is for the whole villa, not per person, so a group divides it however it likes.

Step two: send a request

The request takes a name, an email, a phone or WhatsApp number and the number of guests, plus anything you want us to know — a birthday, an arrival time, a question about the house. No card is taken and no account is created at this stage.

Villa Aniri replies by email within a day with availability confirmed and the full price, and holds the dates while you decide.

Step three: confirmation and payment

Reservations and payments are handled by The Bali Agent, which keeps the booking record. Booked online, the stay is paid in full when you book and is non-refundable, though a refund may be possible if your dates can be let again. Sent as a request, the agent sets out the payment schedule — under its booking policy, half within two days and the balance sixty days before arrival — and the terms for your dates before any money moves.

The guest app, before and during your stay

The Bali Agent also runs the guest app, where arrival details and anything about your stay are kept. If something comes up on the day — a late flight, a change of plan — the app and the reservation team are the first place to go; questions about the house itself can still come to Villa Aniri directly.

Why you may see Villa Aniri listed elsewhere

Villa Aniri also appears on booking platforms, and some of them spell the name Villa Niri; it is the same house in Seminyak. Rates on different sites can differ, so compare the whole price for your dates — including any service fee a platform adds — rather than a headline “from” figure.

This guide keeps to what we can vouch for: this house, this lane, and things that are simply true of Bali. Where it would need a fact we have not checked — a restaurant’s current form, a price we do not set, a rule that changes — we have left it out rather than guessed, and said who to ask instead. If something here is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
